Sevada Nazaryan - Ace Certified Personal Trainer

I. Prime & Align ~ 10 Minutes


During Prime & Align we begin with a simple postural assessment
and movement screen that consists of your best body weight squat
to give me a strong understanding of what corrective stretches and
exercises to do. These exercises address imbalances within the
foot-ankle, hips, and upper body structures to fix posture, muscle
tension, joint pain, and activate the right muscles.


III. Power Play ~ 30 Minutes


We’ll delve into a full-body workout designed with your goals in
mind. I like working my clients towards a deadlift and barbell back
squat. These exercises are fun and challenging to learn. Getting
good at these exercises means good mobility, strength,
coordination, and movement efficiency. Once mastered these
exercises can be used as tools of fitness. But not everyone is ready to
jump right into a barbell squat and that’s okay. I like using machines
and freeweights, teaching proper form, and working the biggest
muscles in the body because more muscle = more fitness! I also love
incorporating the TRX, fan bike, body weight, plyos, kettlebells,
balance, stability ball, circuits, and more!


II. Fire-Up Flow ~ 10 Minutes


We’ll activate the core with fun yet challenging exercises and warm
up using the rowing ergometer because it’s low-impact, works
cardio and all of the major muscle groups.


IV. Easy Breezy ~ 10 Minutes


After a workout intense enough to be effective but not so intense as
to be to hard or sore the next day, we’ll conclude with a cool down
designed to promote recovery, and prepare you for you the day
ahead!

I like working with my clients to find goal-aligned exercises they
enjoy doing and incorporating them into a personalized workout
program. For example, If a client is only available to train once a
week, I will give them exercises to do on their own.

Hello! I'm Sevada, also known as
Sev Nazaryan, owner and
operator of Unlock Fitness LLC!
My journey in movement and
coaching started in high school,
where I was a competitive
swimmer and later became a
swim instructor for my first job.
Since becoming a Certified
Personal Trainer in 2017, I’ve
encountered all that the fitness
industry has to offer—outdated
trends, ineffective gimmicks, and
even dangerous products and
practices. I’ve taken the most
effective, science-backed
training methods and refined
them into a system that
empowers my clients to move
better, feel stronger, and train
without pain!
